Domino’s Pizza North Strathfield

No pizza delivered. Apparently the shop was closed. The App accepted my order, I received a confirmation email but no Pizza. I have been in contact today and no real apology but told the shop closes at 10pm yet the website states 11pm. Again no real explanation. Promised a voucher ... still waiting! Can't wait to send the Department of trading for their input!!.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager hang up on me 3 times. So rude disgusting customer service. Good luck to the franchise, you will need it! Maybe clean up on your customer skills. I’ve never left a bad review because sometimes you don’t know what that person is going through, but this man is horrible not to mwntion how bad the pizza was. Go to five dock or manushee. He also threaten me saying he knew where I lived! Maybe I should contact police! Stay away. Aggressive manager

Despite waiting for an extended period, the order never arrived within the estimated delivery time. Subsequently, I attempted to contact the Domino's Pizza customer service line, but my calls were unanswered for more than ten attempts.After persistent efforts, I finally managed to establish contact with a representative from Domino's Pizza. However, during the call, I endured approximately fifteen minutes of confusion and inefficiency as the representative struggled to locate information pertaining to my order. It is worth noting that throughout this interaction, the representative repeatedly asked if I had received a pizza, despite my clear indication that the order had never been delivered.Eventually, after considerable delay, the representative informed me that the order had been marked as delivered. To my surprise, they claimed that a delivery person had contacted me by phone, but I stated that I did not receive any such call. I found this assertion perplexing, as the representative implied that the failure to answer the phone was the reason for the non-delivery. However, the responsibility for ensuring successful delivery lies with Domino's Pizza and its delivery personnel, not the customer.Given the failure to deliver the order I ask if I could potentially get a refund and they said I would but it would take 3-4 days. So I requested written proof of the refund process. My request was rejected, and I was assured that the refund would be processed and I wouldn't need to worry about proof. Such a response is highly unprofessional and fails to instill confidence in Domino's Pizza's commitment to customer satisfaction.I was subsequently directed to the store manager, who, regrettably, exhibited a similar lack of understanding and empathy. Instead of acknowledging Domino's Pizza's responsibility for the failed delivery, the manager unjustly placed the blame on me, asserting that it was my fault for not answering the call from the delivery person. I reiterate that I never received such a call, and it is unreasonable to hold me accountable for a communication breakdown on Domino's Pizza's part.Moreover, when I requested a refund once again, the store manager refused, thereby denying me any form of compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by Domino's Pizza's multiple failures in this transaction. This refusal to refund is both unjust and contrary to the principles of good customer service.They suggested that I either get it redelivered or get nothing and no refund. So I decided I wanted it to be redelivered and gave them a different phone number to ensure they would be able to call it as well if needed. After waiting 20mins for the redelivering I recalled them and they said it had just left. After waiting a further 20mins the pizza arrived and it was cold.

Be careful if you are going into the store!! They have a half cut very sharp metal hole on the ground. Only a little tap at the bottom but NOTHING that covers the top sharp part! I got a 5cm cut on my feet from it when I walked in! It wasn't too bad when I was in the store as I drive home the bleeding started:( lucky it wasn't too deep.

Awful experience second time in a row. First time took an hour an a half to get my pizza delivered when I live 5 mins away, this time it took 2 and a half hours. Tried to lie to me and say they phoned me then confirmed my exact number with no errors, asked for a refund and both managers were unhelpful and unfriendly. The only good part of this experience was the polite delivery driver. The food was cold and poorly made. Sad face >:(

I would do 0 if i could. I ordered a pizza at on the 22 of june ar 4:30 and scheduled it to be delivered on uber eats between 6:15-6:45. At 7 I called and the person on the phone said jt was out for delivery and I should wait 10-15mins. I call again at 7:20 and the same person say its just leaving now. I press him for a refund and he just says yeah but there was like alotta orders bruther like it takes time". i kept pressing for a refund and then he hung up on me and i have tried calling back multiple times and hes not picking up. IM BEING IGNORED! Its an hour late of the expected delivery time window and IT STILL HASNT BEEN DELIVERED and they arent picking up the phone! So there is no now for me to request a refund. Terrible service and disgusting treatment of there customers!"

Worst experience ever. Ordered pickup at 11.20am as the store should open at 11am. However store employee came late and only opened at 12pm. When arrived at 12pm, said it would take 40 minutes to fufil my order. Took ages to cancel my online order and was told refund would take 3 days to process. Buy your pizza elsewhere.

One of the worst place. After 1 hour we got a call saying that we need to wait for another 1 hour.This is there customer service after we paid $69 dollar and they are like we will give you extra garlic bread and drink.Such a bad service. Very disappointed!!

*WARNING* DO NOT order from this store. Pizza arrived 40 minutes late. Was SO bloody oily & toppings were ridiculous. (See photos). Ended up getting a dogs breakfast!Pepperoni pizza had maybe 12 slices of pepperoni & the Supreme pizza wasn't even a supreme. Ended up getting something else - No onions, no olives, just meat & a few lousy bits of pineapple. Shocker!BTW, Domino's - Your pizza tracker DOES NOT WORK!! Even the North Strathfield store acknowledge this saying that it hasn't been updated for 12 months or so. Great way to lose your customers to your competitors. Will never order dominos EVER again ESPECIALLY FROM this store at North Strathfield. Should have learnt my lesson the first time but gave them another chance...what a mistake that was.These people have no idea how to make a decent pizza so don't bother with this store. Just look at the photos.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Waiting for a delivery for 2hrs. Tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. Drove down to the store to be told our order had not even been started. Now having to wait 3days for a refund.
