Kylie handled a very difficult (and unusual) issue with my investment property. It took about 18 months to resolve and she went to hell and back to sort things out for me. This involved dealing with the insurance folks, builders, etc. I really appreciate her great work. The other team members are also very helpful.

Agents at the Narangbah branch were great to deal with in person and via emails. If we had any problems with the house they were able to source out the correct trades to fix any issues. When vacating the property made it easy to deal with plenty of communication when needed.
