Yesterday, A4air had installed 3 small Mitsubishi air conditioners for me in our bed rooms. I just wanted to provide my feedback asap so that it will be useful for someone who is planning to install A/C. First of all, their communication & coordination is really great and the installer (Ben & co) had plenty of knowledge & installed as per regulation. After installing the product, he explained me how to maintain & provided few tips. I would like to thank them and definitely recommend to my family & friends. Finally I had paid them extra by mistake (may be notes stick to each other) and they called me and returned the money - how nice it is! Thanks Ian & Co.

The staff did an excellent job with a installation of our ducted system as well as two split systems. Overall the project went without a hitch and we are more than happy to refer A4Air to anyone who wants to install air conditioning. Thanks again to Ian, Sally and all of the staff job well done.

A4Air team has been very helpful and professional in every step of the purchase and installation process of ducted air-conditioning at my new house. Sales team and Sally in particular was very patient in answering all my questions and providing several options till we found the right system. Installation team was on time and did a fantastic job. We had AC installation into our home and could not be happier. Sally and Ian run a great business and their staff are very impressive. Everything they said would happen took place and on time. A4Air had installed two split systems when our new house was built, so we contacted them again when we wanted another one in one of our bedrooms.From the outset we received prompt and friendly service from Sally (including a late night email), arranging for the unit to be installed within a week at a very busy time. Ben and Beau did a fantastic job in installing the unit and doing a very professional job. Ben also alerted me to an issue in our switchboard and when I established that our solar contractor would not be able to attend immediately, he made a fix so that we had hot water over the weekend.This sort of service is not always seen and your firm is to be complimented and we will recommend you whenever we can.
