Excellent customer service and ECU tuning on the dyno. Steven took his time to explain the process of tuning in detail and offered numerous options in customisation with respect to what I want from the bike, as well as gave suggestions and highlighted downsides of some options. My bike is now buttery smooth throughout the entire RPM range and feels significantly more powerful in the mid-high RPM. Highly recommend.
