what a terrific place to spend some quality me time,friendly and knowledgeable staff and fabulous instructors,hate missing a day, coffee lounge has had an upgrade so great place to do yoga and sip coffee

Careful As this gym keeps changing owners and conditions change. Make sure whatever is sold to you and promised is done fully by written on a formal email at least as social media doesn't count for them. Also if you are planning to get pregnant you will have little consideration to make exceptions. Very dissapointing

Consider before signing up for a membership. I was required to pay $326 to cancel my membership . I cancelled due to the studio removing classes from the timetable that I signed up to attend.

I just completed a week membership whilst visiting from Perth and absolutely LOVED IT! The instructors make the classes fun whilst challenging. The gym has a friendly community feel to it.

This studio really has it all. Great variety of classes, teachers keep it real, music is always a jam. The studio itself is beautiful and has lovely natural light. The owners and reception are thorough, helpful, understanding and kind. It’s great value- I just love it! Thanks team!!
