We have used OCL for our recent House purchase and are thankful we made this choice. Our Bank failed dismally as COVID took hold and were constantly delaying Settlement. When they finally sent Loan papers through it was Tim O'Connel who pointed out an entire section was missed by the Bank. OCL’s Rachel was fighting for us every single day, following up with the Bank multiple times a day, keeping the pressure on them and building a raport to ensure that Settlement proceeded quickly once the final paperwork was delivered. We are currently selling a property and 4 weeks out from Settlement OCL are already on top of our side of the deal.

I found these people very rude specially maddy.I sign an agreement for $1800 was charged more.$2356.00...they charged me for 3 contract when,I only sold my house once.worst people to ever come across will never use them again.they have no respect for the sellers.
