Utterly appalling customer service, heaven help you if you have a problem with your Senco product expect to be running around dropping the produce off, be without it for extended periods of time, but advised when you request that you would like a replacement for a coil nailer that is barely been used on a single box of nails that the faulty produced cant be replaced / swapped over because it's 'been 'used' - well how else do you find out if a product is faulty?Don't bother contacting head office, they operate like run a business from a tent. No one answers the phone, No one is available to address issues when you call during business hours.Terrible - Avoid.
