We purchased timber from this store as the other nearby timber store was showing as open but was closed.We were very happy with the service from the Timber team especially from a young gentleman named Liam. He was very patient to our requests and cut the wood for us.Thank you!!!

very poor customer servicevery bad store manager, his crazy and very rudeand doesn't take responsibility for orders.cancelling my order after a week and stating to refund whether I like or not.I am not happy with their service and i wouldn't recommend this store.I have been this company's customer for 3 years and every single time waiting for 2 hours and at the end of the day the order was wrong. Most of the time, being charged extra or not what I ordered. when the order was not ready to pick up and sent the next day, they would charge me for delivery. becuase of the language barrier, my employees would be bullied and wouldn't serve them properly. one of my employees has been kicked out of the store rudely and asked him not to come back. As director of a company myself, I fully understand what customer service is, and all customers are valuable.

A great place for all your handyman projects. The staff are very helpful and there is an excellent choice of product, also very convenient location with plenty of parking out front of building. Always quick service without long queues. Highly recommend as there is always someone there to help with any questions you may have about anything you may need to purchase.

Very clean store along of stock ezy to find stuff very friendly.

Could not hold experience ordered door handles they got it text me when it was in I went and picked up very nice staff very polite haven't been to Bowen since it was Bowen Timbers so was good to have a look in there again.

Got what I wanted and if u can't find what you want they have staff to help you not like the other big store where you can't find anyone to help you with anything

Visited store on 19/ 04/22 with request for atypical timber size, & was given undivided & qualified attention of Jack until he found a suitable product for me. The initial contact at reception by both the staff member ( sorry, name unknown) & assistance by Jack were a credit to Bowen's. Thank you.

I contacted Michael from Bowens Rowville when I decided to tackle an ISO project for my mini humans (aka children).Michael was patient while I changed my plans on more than one occasion, and after a small mix up with measurements, was very quick to rectify the situation in a way that was beneficial to all parties.I will be back when inspiration next strikes.

Terribble experience,we went to Bowens Rowviile bought a spear and Jackson's tile cuters,description advised that this tools suitable for cutting tiles 5-15 mm, we bought 6mm tiles for our bathroom, and this tools cant cut the tiles at all,brought back the cutter to Bowen Rowville and they asked us to leave the cutter and they advised that their manager will contact us via email.1 week gone by, went back the Bowens and their staff advised the manager hasnt even look the cutter yet2 week week gone by , we went back again today and the staff advised the manager is not available, their staff advised that it is the tiles fault,the tiles is too hard and it ls our fault since its DYI??? They suggest us to keep the cutter ,refuse to process the refund,and asked us to buy a better cutter!!!Are you for real? After 2 weeks of waiting, this is what we get, how dissapointing, customer service isnt even worth 1 star.Word of mouth spread like wild fire, improve your quality of service or noone will want to go to Bowens,obviously you lost us today.Bunnings is still the best
