I went with my ten week old baby to put her earrings on. One of the girls who attended us, marked the points where the earrings should go, I accepted and they proceeded to place them. My baby started to cry and screamed in pain, they left the room so I could calm her down and when I checked why my baby was crying so much I realized that one of the earrings had been placed in the hardest part of the ear, much higher than where the point had been marked. I went out to tell the lady what was happening and she tells me, you want me to put the earring back, no problem, I can relocate it. So she removed the earring and she proceeded to put a new earring on her. This person never apologized to me, she was very cold and the only thing that she did was charge the money and give me the second box of earrings that she had to open. It was a horrible experience, which I do not wish on anyone, my newborn baby experienced something very painful and stressful, I never received an apology, the lady did not check if she did her job well. I do not recommend this place at all.

I got my cartilage pierced here. It was ok until I realised the ring was too small and I got an irritation bump. It took 3 weeks for the bump to appear. I went to get my earring changed somewhere else and they told me they couldn’t fit the earring in because guess what.. My ear was pierced with a nose ring instead of a proper cartilage ring. I picked the biggest ring they had and it was still too small. I paid 90 dollars and this is what I get? Terrible place to get any piercing especially with a ring.

Excellent piercing experience with Melanie a few weeks ago. I got both my second lobes, my tragus and my daith done in the one session. Melanie was the ultimate professional with the way she talked me through each piercing and what to expect. I was in and out of the shop in under 15 minutes and didn't feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this place.I have been extremely impressed with the quickness of the healing of all 4 piercings so far and have had 0 issues. The jewellery that she used is of a high quality and the price compared to some of the bigger piercing chain" stores was outstanding. Very unsatisfied with the customer service here. I had my nose pierced and it fell out within a few days due to poor jewellery design, with no option for a flat back, but rather an L-shaped bar which are not appropriate for fresh piercings. As well as the bar being too short, not allowing for swelling which occurs after a piercing. Once it had fallen out, I called and experienced an unprofessional and rude response on the phone being told that it was ‘my responsibility and they couldn’t do anything about it’ instead of offering alternatives. Additionally, my friend had their helix pierced, where the jewellery fell apart and broke within a few weeks as well as being positioned completely incorrectly. We also had a very rushed and brief consult, where there was no transparency regarding piercing aftercare, no warning about possible infections, minimal communication during the piercing process and no proof of sterilisation. We then went to the Hills Piercing Studio to get repierced, where we were informed that the position of my friend’s helix piercing was going though the thickest part of cartilage and was on an angle, likely leading to infection in the future, where they had to take the piercing out and let it heal, wasting time, money and pain. If you are looking to get piercings, do not go here! Instead, go to the Hills Piercing Studio for a reliable, thorough an pleasant experience with detailed aftercare, and follow up appointments.

I recently came to get a few piercings done, my piercer was very friendly and lovely but I was really disappointed because after piercing my conch she asked if she could re pierce it as it was pierced crooked and on an angle. She then removed the jewellery from the piercing and repierced it using the same needle from the first attempt. I’ve come here for many of my piercings but probably won’t be back after this one. My piercer was very apologetic but I wasn’t happy with the service

My 11 year old had her ears pierced (for the first time). The ladies were so professional! Booked on the phone (later found out we could have done it online). In and out in less than 10 minutes. Great selection of earrings too.

The service was amazing, quick and easy the young lady on that day, was very sweet. Quick possibly the best eyebrow wax I have had in a while.
