Renting through myRealta was probably one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. My property manager changed several times and were always unavailable or never got back to you. Don't know how many on the spot excuses were made. After reading the other reviews, I can definitely empathise with all and I recommend to seek elsewhere. The one positive google review was written by a friend of the company whom I highly doubt uses their service which was in the midst of an accidentally gone wrong public quarrel with a former employee on this platform. They lost several lease agreement documents two or three times and claimed they were never submitted. As a tenant who has never had a complaint, caused damage to the property in any way and always paid all rental fees in a timely manner, there is very little motive on why I deserved such a poor customer experience. No inconvenience caused on their behalf was acknowledged or even apologised for as the blame was always apparently caused by external circumstances which rarely was the case. To top off the experience, they have sent overdue rental fee emails. Overall, this was an uncomfortable experience and I am more than happy to be renting through a new agency.

Honest and reliable Real Estate Agents. I have dealt with a lot of agents with rentals and purchasing in the past and these Agents are by far the best I have dealt with. They always addressed any concerns I had and were really reasonable in keeping rent increases to a minimum. I kept the property in great order, therefore no issues at all. They also have such a lovely admin team who are super helpful. Thank you!

If there was a minus rating for this real estate , I would give it.The owner needs to retire, nil people skills. The rental we leased had a leak in the property. They charged us enormous amount of water rates and promised to refund it. Never saw the refund, a few dollars credited onto the next water bill.They let our family live in a mould infested house with electrical problems for years, it was only until I raised strong alarm bells that something was done.Owners wife is rude , I don't know why these people run a business based around customer service, because they clearly have none!

I rented with MyRealta for almost two years. I want to say thank you to the team at MyRealta for a fantastic renting experience. Everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. I only needed a couple of minor maintenance items addressing during my tenancy and the team at MyRealta actioned this immediately for me. At the end of my tenancy I ensured the property was cleaned appropriately and in the same condition it was when I moved in, my bond was refunded in full. For anyone looking to rent through MyRealta I definitely recommend them for a trouble free renting experience. Cheers.

Out of all of the real estate agents we've leased through, MyRealta were by far the best. They always gave extra time when scheduling inspections and were super prompt with receipting us for every payment. After the nightmare we had with Ray White Labrador, MyRealta was a breeze. Always polite and courteous and got back to us promptly.

We have had our rental property with Myrealta for years and we were very happy with the service and efficiency. We have recently sold our property with them using their sales agent Lyne. Lyne was excellent and really kept us up to date and was managed so well.Thanks alotHoward and Sandra

Excuses on top of excuses.Paid the bond and two weeks in advanced only to be told a few days later that the approval had been retracted because it wasnt paid in the 4 hours they gave us. It was late in the afternoon and that wasnt the only house we were viewing that day so by the time we got to where we were staying and checked emails we had an hour left and the bank was shut we had to physically withdraw it we emailed them to let them know.that was fine she said so we paid it the following day from then on everything went silent no emails no phone calls.So we called them only to be told it went to somone else, ok fine just send our money back and we'll keep looking we'd been homeless for 3 months with 4 kids They said 5 business days and it should be in your bank but nothing, we called again they said sorry we just put it through yesterday please wait 5 more business days again nothing.we called again only to be told to JUST BLOODY WAIT and hung up on. I'm on my wits end, if it wasn't for my wife i would have been door knocking 2 weeks ago but she knows what i'd do. So we're gonna do this her way rta forms filled out banks been notified realta can deal with whatever happens..it's been over a month now collecting interest that doesn't belong to these a**holes. And im still pretty much wanting to pay them a visit but i'll give them 5 business days.
