Our Group of 10 visited Clydesdales Spectaculr on 18 June in the Boonah Showgrounds. Plenty of seating in the stands area to watch ring events. Plenty of room for all the stalls, sheepdog trials and food vendors and so much more eg woodchopping ect. Was a Day event.. parking was excellent as they used the High School grounds.

We stopped here for a night camping. Simple but quiet and great if you have pets. Cheap, toilets and showers, walking distance to the lovely township, which has some great pubs and eateries.

Great spot to hide while kids are on school holidays. Unlimited stay. Back on the road in a few weeks.

The showgrounds has been converted into temporary accommodation as a result of the housing crisis in Queensland. Not much going on. Has a dump point and that was the main reason for our stopping by. I couldn't see a playground for the kids. The restrooms seemed to be for the people staying there, I didn't want to impose. Also no picnic area in sight.

Soaking wet. Lovely people here. A nice man. Wayne helped me with. Wood. Old school township. No Macca's no. Junk foods anywhere. No. K. F. C. But lovely people at the. IGA and. Mitre 10. So very sloppy wet here. Flooding lots of. History
