I had a really great experience with VEBO. Their products are great quality and value for money 1st and foremost.We live in a bit of an out of the way rural location and Carmen was AWESOME when we discussed the courier (Toll, who were also great) and the details of where we should send the items - Local PO or Street address.It has honestly been one of the best experiences I have had in a long time, both online and over the phone.

Pvc whelping box is great. The playpen however is awful to put together and nearly impossible with just one person alone trying to get all the tiny poles to align and then slide into corner join poles. Awful. Playpen 10 thumbs down.

I placed quite a large order and had to amend a couple of items after placing it online. I called through to Vebo the very next day before the items were despatched. The customer service was excellent and efficient and my additional items were added to my order. Delivery was prompt and the items received were exactly of the high standard I had wished for. Four weeks before the arrival of our puppy I tried to place an order for the wooden crate kit but they were out of stock. I contacted them to confirm the ETA, they advised that stock will arrive in 2 weeks but there may be a slight delay.After two weeks I contacted them to track the progress of their shipment to the warehouse, they were very patient with answering my questions and addressing my concerns.Once the warehouse received the shipment they dispatched it the next day and it took 3 days for it to be delivered.I give them 5 stars in all aspects - customer service, fast delivery and quality of their products!

The large dog crate i ordered arrived promptly. The postage costs were very reasonable considering the size and weight of product. Am very happy with the quality of the product and have been using it for many months now. Our dog loves the crate too! The video on their website is a very accurate description of this dog crate and their price is very competitive, especially compared to other larger, well-known pet supply companies.
