We built with Coast Life in 2021.Throughout the entire process, Russell and the team were honest, transparent and in regular contact, overall making the build as stress free as possible for us. We continue to remain happy with the quality of the build and standard inclusions, and would definitely consider building again with Coast Life if we get to that point.

Russel and the team made our whole building experience enjoyable. Everything was explained along the way, and they were very understanding of our needs. Finished quality was excellent and exactly what we asked for. We have been in the house 12 months now and there is not a single item we can fault. Highly recommended.

Coast Life Homes came referred to us as we didn’t want to use a volume based large corporate builder, but rather we wanted a custom job with quality materials and some flexibility and control during the process. The end-to-end process was professional, effective and efficient. The build quality was superb as was communication during process, which was especially important given we were offshore during the entire build. I have had a lovely experience building my home with Russel and Jane from Coast life Homes. From start to finish all of my needs were met with designing a custom floor plan to suit my family and my business I operate at home. Colour selecting with Jane was a breeze as I pulled inspiration from the Coast life Homes display home in Aura. My home was the first house completed on my street in the newly developed area of harmony so I felt that our builders really prioritised time frames to the best of their ability. Darren (project manager) was extremely efficient and also went the extra mile to help complete extra tasks I needed in my work space. All round I have a quality home and all of my dealings have been professional and responsive. I highly recommend building with Coast life Homes.

My wife and I built with Coast Life Homes in 2021. We decided on them over everyone else because they allowed us to draw our own plans. They were very helpful and even let us tweak our plans 3 times before deciding on our finished product. They had excellent communication with us through the building process, everything felt seamless and every step was done in the estimated time frame. We would definitely build with Coast Life Homes if we ever decided to build again.

Russ, Jane, Scott, Darren & the entire Coast Life team were fantastic to deal with. From our initial phone enquires, to visiting Russ at the Malibu display home in Aura where we first experienced Jane’s contemporary and perfectly balanced styling that matched with the feel and vision we had for our own new home. Russ was extremely down to earth and personable with a great sense of humour. Our discussions with Russ were met with logical, experienced, honest and transparent communication which set us up with realistic expectations and formed a solid foundation that fostered a trusting working relationship between us. We had been exploring the prospect of a knock down rebuild of our existing home for about 2 years before meeting Russ. Our decision to sign with Coast Life Homes was based on the fact that the person we spoke to at the display home was the Managing Director who could answer our questions openly and honestly with confidence and back up his statements with evidence. We met with Russ a number of times before committing to a preliminary agreement and at no stage did he put on the hard sell. He allowed us to go at our own pace and askas many questions and hypotheticals as we needed to ensure we entered an agreement completely informed and comfortable. Russ’ rough estimation for what our build would cost was actually right on the money when it came to contract pricing, so there were no surprises when it came to signing and paying our deposit. We built during a challenging time, throughout 2021, and the Coast Life Homes team proved themselves to be rational, measured and professional, maintaining our complete confidence and trust in them. Jane kept us informed with weekly updates, Scott made himself available for questions relating to the building design and quotes/variations and was extremely patient with us until we understood the information he was providing us. Darren proved himself to be client focussed in his level of acceptable workmanship by trades that constructed our home, as he took us through the site at relevant intervals. In a year that presented unprecedented challenges, Coast Life Homes delivered our build on time, to an extremely high standard and exceeded our expectations of what a builder/home owner relationship can be. We have no hesitation in recommending Coast Life Homes to anyone considering building, especially first timers like us. You will be in very good hands.
