Unbelievably rude! Their receptionist, Monique needs to undergo training in customer service. She was unhelpful, rude, disrespectful and dismissive. Unfortunately when your car has to be towed you have no choice but avoid this place at all cost.

I locked my keys to my motorbike under my seat accidentally as I was storing my helmet away. They dropped down into the bucket of the seatAs the seat was electronically controlled I had no way of retrieving my keys from under the seat. I rang the RAA. The RAA rang all suburbs towing and I think a Man by the name of Mark came out picked it up from the Alma hotel Norwood. He went well and beyond in securing my bike to the tray top and bringing home and pushing it around the back of the home.WayneHectorville

Blocked a driveway of a business for well over an hour, then had help rock up which half blocked the other drive way of the same business.

Rude receptionist who hung up the phone abruptly . The driver was unprofessional and also very rude, illegally parking when not towing. Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone seeing the way that we were treated.

Extremely rude driver blocking traffic. Parked on yellow solid line. When asked if he could move, he rudely replied that cars should find an alternative route. He was not towing or performing rescue operation.Called receptionist- who did not respond to illegal parking matter or the safety concerns. She hung up the phone. Highly recommend to not use this business
