Joel Standley is pretty shocking. My partner and I were looking to buy our first home and had found a potential house through Barr and Standley so arranged to view it in a couple days time. When the viewing came around, Joel showed up 10 mins late, and was too “busy” to take me through so had a friend of his do it who wasn’t a real estate agent and knew nothing about the house or myself and my partner or what we were looking for, all while Joel sat in his brand new Audi outside.
