Very dissapointing. Obviously this place is struggling. It used to be busy with a great vibe. Last week I was charged $48 for a $14 bottle of wine!! What a joke

Visited Birdhouse twice during my work trip. My favourite place in Wagga to eat and drink for sure. Great wine choices and food was extremely good. The grilled parmi was amazing. Highly recommend if you are looking for more than the usual pub food.

We absolutely loved the Birdhouse Bar. We took the kids there for father's day dinner and all 6 of us had a good time. The live music was great and the teenagers were ecstatic that they could charge their phones at the table. The food was really delicious. A bit pricey, but worth it. I had an $18 cocktail, but G Dam out was delicious. We'll definitely go back.

Went there on Saturday night, ladies toilets door missing on one (has been missing for a while apparently) another toilet not working- was smelly rubbish and other things all over the floor. Two thirds of the bar was pitch black with no lights, bar staff were rude and drinks were terrible.

Honestly, a comedy of errors. Most food (even bar snacks) run out by 745pm. Food arrived around 90 minutes later after being reminded minus part of the order. No idea how to make a martini which must be the most common ad simple cocktails known. No idea how to run a bar or restaurant.

Went into the birdhouse this evening, family group of 4 adults. The person at the bar could hardly hear us so had to shout. At first we was going to sit on high stools around the high tables but I found them wobbly and my husband with walking difficulties would not have coped. We spotted an empty table and asked if we could sit there. The man we spoke to said yes. There are only 2 normal table's and chairs. A lady came from behind the bar and said that table is booked for 6pm so you can't have it". With that I called my daughter and partner and we walked out. Very rude member of staff cost them 150 dollars of business. Would not recommend this place."

Very disappointed! The Southern fried chicken was UNDERCOOKED. We called their attention to re-cook the chicken wings, but when they returned to us, still UNDERCOOKED. It may cause FOOD POISONING - SALMONELLA.

The menu is incredibly limited and not very dietary friendly. The food is over priced, came out slow and the music was to loud. The front of house staff was very accompanying and very polite. The drinks aren't worth the price but look OK. They also don't have clean tables or kid friendly anything.Would not come again.

Went for Friday night finger food and cocktails. One word to describe the food..abysmal. After paying for the order had to change it because they didn’t have the fish for the fish tacos. When the food arrived two problems, obviously old oil and extremely overcooked. The southern fried Chicken wings were basically black and burnt, dry and feral. The tacos were the same, dry meat and disgusting. Didn’t finish a plate and left. We won’t be back.
