I had the wonderful Wally come and fix my spa. WONDERFUL

Was unwilling to fix our appliance only requested we buy a new one. Was at our house for under 3 minutes and did not work on any appliance and requested a fee of almost $200. Beware.

Wally has been extremely prompt and on time both times he has helped us in a very professional and helpful manner. Definitely recommend.

Poor service and seemed unwilling to fix the problem. Seemed like he was in a rush to leave and get to the next job. Needed to follow up with another plumber.

A1 have just install a new heater unit in my parent house, they are very professional and the price are affordable. My parent can not understand English very well and they are patiently explain how to operate the remote control. Highly recommend if you need their services.

Wally is one of the best plumbers I have ever had the privilege of working with.To date he has worked for us on a residential project and a commercial project and not only did his quote come in well under that of others in the area, but he was on time (rare for tradies these days), really helpful and incredibly professional. I cannot recommend him enough.We have more works to do, and I will not even bother getting other quotes this time. No need. Wally is the only one I would trust to complete the work to the standard we need in the timeframe and budget we have.
