As a previous tenant communications between this company was horrible! Never returned my calls or emails at weeks at a time! I had 4-5 different property managers in the span of 12 months and next as clueless as the next.

Sylvia has helped us a lot to find quickly a gorgeous house we are living now. We were in a really difficult situation with a small time frame to move out and she has done an amazing job to give us a go in perfect time. We were recommended Little Real Estate from another sales agent. Adam, Rob & team were very helpful from our first contact. The process of renting out our apartment was smooth and transparent from start to finish. My wife and I are very happy with the outcome.

We were so excited to move into the rental property as it met all our requirements. This excitement was short lived as we found out that there were so many issues with the property. For the first three weeks we had to access the house via the garage because the key could not open the front door. Not only did the previous tenants not clean the stove, but it was not fully operational. It took 2months and 3 weeks to replace the stove!!!!! Then it is the smell of pet urine which is permeating through the entire upstairs area. Three months later this has still not been resolved! It is quite disappointing that this agency is efficient in collecting rent but very slow in resolving maintenance issues. It's been 3 months already and we are yet to get the carpet replaced and receive certificates for electricity and gas safety checks!! Communication is very poor and I find that you have to follow up endlessly to get feedback about simple requests. This in my opinion boils down to either a lack of respect for tenants, staffing issues or just pure lack of care in delivering basic customer service. Our experience does not align with Little Real Estate company mission. It is understandable that at times there could be delays due to slow responses from the property owner. However, a short email to inform the tenant that we have not ignored your requests and we are still working on it" would make quite a difference. This is just basic customer service 101! Silence communicates disrespect! How can you disrespect a customer that is the core of your business?"

12 months to fix an oven I'm out of lease yet still no lease even though was promised a month ago Called my agent she is useless and that's being niceI could not talk horrible word about her as none of them are left I've used them all.Stay away from them or you will be as frustrated as I am today

Just want to share my sincere appreciation to Adam Todisco who's been a great help for our family during the entire process. He's the only agent amongst 10+ inspections that we did who gave us chance. Adam is very sincere in helping out clients.. And here we are, we've been approved!. Absolute incompetence. Do not at all care for the renters. Almost 12 months without aircon and yet to have an answer. Our property manager just seems to continuously lie to us to avoid having to actually do anything. If you're looking to rent I recommend going through a different real estate
