Wow! I just had the most amazing body massage given by Roberto. The entire experience was outstanding, from the entrance to the salon right through to the ambiance in the massage room. Roberto was very professional and caring spending time prior to the message to establish any concerns or issues I had.During the massage I felt Roberto’s energy working on particular pressure points, firmly but gently.A truly wonderful massage. In the end I felt totally relaxed and revived.Thank you all at Masci, I will be back.Mary-Ann

I'm a long time regular here and had a few hairdressers in the team look after me. Total confidence in their skills. These guys are absolutely professional. After various disasters at other local salons I decided I was willing to pay the extra for expert treatment. Masci is a top dollar salon but they do not disappoint and in my opinion are worth every cent.

I’ve had numerous hairdressers throughout my life, in different countries that I have lived in, and the day I walked in and had Katie do my hair I knew I had found my hairdresser!!! She paid attention to what I said and asked for.... and bang on delivered!!! She has also always been sympathetic and kind and attentive to me. Now every 6 weeks I can’t wait to see her gorgeous happy smile and welcoming manner. Thank you Katie for being so amazing! ❤️

For my first visit today I tried the Masci Signature Facial with Domenique. The whole experience was professional and relaxing. Domenique was very knowledgeable on products and skin care in general, was calm and polite and made the experience a wonderful one. I rarely get facials but I will definitely be back for more!

Jacob was such a friendly and warm hairdresser. He coloured, cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. I was honestly so please with the whole service and cannot fault a thing. Would recommend Jacob to anyone as he is an experienced hairdresser with a lot of talent!

Hands down to the BEST hairdresser ever!! The day I met Olivia and she did my hair I knew I had found my new hairdresser. Not only a fantastic hairdresser but a great person who is very caring and extremely friendly. Olivia your an asset to Masci Eltham. Your professionalism is second to none. Highly recommend. 5 star service all the way!!
