Had my roof restored by this company a few years ago and was completely satisfied. My dad asked me if i knew someone to recommend. He recommended total roof restoration and i am very happy with my decision as the job was very proffesional and the boys were always on time.

Our roof looks amazing! We read the reviews of Total Roof Restorations and was so glad that we chose to go with them. Upon our first meeting with Shane I had a feeling we were in good hands. He gave us an extremely competitive quote and work started a week later. Steve did an amazing job on our roof and his work was very professional and to a high standard. He advised us of everything that he was doing and I felt calm and reassured throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Total Roof Restorations. Very professional and the results speak for themselves as the before and after shots show. We couldn't be happier.

Communication was really good leading up to the job. Work was completed as scheduled and the gutters and roof have never looked so good. The gutter installers fixed a problem with our gutters that no-one else has been able to diagnose or fix properly. Overall a very professional company which we are happy to recommend.

Really happy with my new roof done by Shane/Roger and team. They were straight down to business and it was done quick and to a high standard. They tidied up afterwards and attended to all the little things at the end which makes for a very satisfied customer. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Total roof restoration is very professional. Conducted the first inspection for free and explained the issue clearly. Provided quotes with no sales pressure tactic at all. On the day of the job, they arrived on time and did the job and leave the place clean. They explained what has been done and left some spare tiles too!

Excellent company to deal with. If I could give 10 stars I would!! We had our roof restored by Total 2 years ago and we were so happy with the service, communication and quality of work. We recently had our gutters and solar panels cleaned by another company and we realised we had a roof leak.Total came out and found a broken tile and a misplaced tile. These were fixed quickly and we were given great advice on how to treat the areas where the leak occurred. We were completely shocked when we didn’t have to pay a thing. Highly recommend Total Roof!

I had my leaking roof repaired and painted by total roof restoration Victoria. They were great to deal with always arrived at the arranged time and did an amazing job on my roof. Would highly recommend using these guys for all your roofing needs.

I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from total roof restoration. Twice they were scheduled to come and my husband and then the second time my daughter both took time off work to be home so they can do the gutters and they don’t turn up and don’t call the night before to let us know they won’t be coming as arranged and my husband has to be the one to call and ask about their whereabouts. Very unprofessional and I will not be recommending them.

The people on the job were courteous and honest. I asked about a few things and they advised they did not think this would add much value, which is fantastic as they would have earned more money if they had confirmed I should do it. It is now over a year later and I had another very small issue which they have helped out with for free. Very good. Very professional. Very helpful.
