All I want is to ask a question regarding a stock item. I am unable to talk to anyone in person and the messaging service is doubtful. The website is pretty useless also!I don't think I'll bother going to the store if this is the kind of service to expect.

As an ex staff member of Botanica I can honestly say they have the best and biggest range of herbs and homeopathics in Melbourne. Everyone from the counter staff to the clinic practitioners have a huge amount of knowledge and I love going back and getting supplies when I am in the area. I highly recommend checking it out !

One of my bags of tea had burst, presumably during transit. I emailed them and received an instant reply. I then had a replacement bag on my doorstep in less than 24hrs!Super fast response. And delicious tea!☺️

I needed a concoction of bach flowers remedies. I ordered it over the phone. They arrived Melbourne to Sunshine Coast in less than 2 days. Their prices are very reasonable and the stransaction was hassle free.I will order some more remedies as I need. It is such a pleasure to find good and hassle free service especially for natural remedies.
