My 15 year old daughter attended this salon for a full head of blonde foils. We are not sure why, but whilst at the basin, the stylist put a dark toner in the T section of my daughters hair. When I went to pick her up from the salon, her hair had 2 inches of dark brown from the root and the rest was blonde! It made no sense to either of us as to why this was done. We asked for the foils to be from the root of the T section during the consultation. We complained and we were told to make another appointment to have the colour removed. This took two hours, with my daughters neck and head over the basin for the entire time! but now my daughter has orange hair at the T section! And her hair is extremely dry. We paid $315 for the worst salon experience ever. It is my daughters school formal and she was looking forward to a nice blonde hair style. It’s so upsetting. We will never ever use this salon again, I would not recommend anyone to have their hair done here.

This salon is incredible, especially after searching high and low for a good one in the area! Brooke was great in creating an appointment for me as a new client, and Kate went above and beyond in fixing a bad haircut I had received from a previous place. As a newbie in the area, this was my third salon to try, and where I’ll be returning again again. The playlist and hair wash were icing on the cake - thank you for a great experience!

This is a beautiful boutique style hair and beauty salon tucked away in a little side street of South Coogee. The staff are really lovely and professional.
