Had Brian and his team perform work on my Volvo, for an insurance Claim. The process couldn’t have been any easier. The service was fantastic, everything went smoothly, with communication at each stage of the process. The repairs took a little longer than hoped, due to the supply of parts and the Xmas period. Brian, Sue and their staff answered any queries I had. I am very happy with their repair job. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful - the secretary, to the assessor, mechanic and even another office worker walking past. All greeted me with a smile and made me feel like they wanted me as a customer. Very good communication with them throughout and many thoughtful touches like a personal thank you note, complimentary sweets, car cleaned in and out and even tyres polished. Very impressed. Brian has been the go to guy for years, why? Because he provides a service that I haven't ever been disappointed with. Last time - after a woman thought give ways were optional, he liased with the windscreen repairer to get two repairs done at the same time which made it easier for me, the vehicle was cleaned ( well ) inside and out, good job Brian
