Sally at Rands Financial services was great to work with. My loan was complicated and it had several twists and turns and tense moments along the way, but everything came through in the end, and I would've had zero chance of that happening without her!Sally is meticulous – sometimes annoyingly so! – but that it precisely what is needed when working with banks. With them, it is all about process and doing things by the book, so there is no point trying to argue 'common sense' (which I couldn't help doing from time to time!). So if you need help with a loan, I'd definitely recommend her. If the loan can be done, she'll get it for you.
