I've gained so much more than fitness with Tracy and Josh, who with their wealth of knowledge and passion, encourage you to push past your self imposed boundaries. The personalised support you get is balanced by the sense of community in the small group training. I highly recommend this place.

I was fortunate enough to undertake my practical student placement hours under the supervision of Tracy and Josh at TFW/Beyond Limits.Under the guidance of Tracy I was able to gain valuable knowledge and experience within all areas of Strength & Conditioning. I am very grateful for Tracy's willingness to pass on her extensive expertise within the Strength & Conditioning Industry. Tracy has a wealth of knowledge and eye for detail when it comes to technique, and this is what sets the TFW facility apart from any other gym.It is evident that each and every member has been coached to the highest standard, with every session focused around quality movement and this is by far the best I have seen.I would highly recommend the TFW/Beyond Limits facility for future university students looking to complete practical hours as part of their degree, especially if they are looking to specialise in Strength & Conditioning.Anyone that ever has the chance to train or be educated here, will be learning from one of the best in the business on the Coffs Coast.

Beyond Limits Coffs far exceeded our expectations. Josh and Tracey your experience, professionalism, knowledge, commitment and motivation is second to none. Our 2 children were part of the Coffs Athletic High Performance Academy, and we honestly couldn’t fault them at all nor thank them enough. The small group sizes allowed for individualised programs and truly working on the strengths and weaknesses of each individual child. They worked together with their swim coach to target specific areas for improvement as well as overall strength and conditioning. Josh and Tracy were genuinely interested in the progress and achievements in their gym, as well as outside sports and in life in general. They were not just strength and conditioning coaches but role models and mentors.The facilities are well set up, great range of equipment, well looked after and impeccably clean.Life took us away from Coffs Harbour, and unfortunately the struggle to find a S&C program like Beyond Limits Coffs was harder than we could have imagined. However Tracy used her contacts and ensured my children were given every opportunity to succeed. Thank you.
