Very expensive and parts took weeks to arrive, so no car. But I guess I can not blame the business for that. Other than that the service was good and repair was completed.

I've had my car serviced here since I bought it new in 2014. Always experienced terrific service. Staff are friendly, facilities are good if you're good to wait, never had an issue with the work done. All around highly recommended.

I DONT WANT TO RATE IT EVEN ONE STAR BECAUSE IT WAS THAT BAD BUT FORCED TO SO I CAN CLICK ON THE POST BUTTONThe worst service center I have ever been to. I recently purchased a car from the Northern Motor Group and the brakes have been making a screeching sound. I took it to them to have it checked out and they said everything was fine even though anyone who sits with me in the car for less than half an hour and anyone close to 100 m on the road within my car can hear that noise. I scheduled the car service and 20 minutes into my appointment told me that I need rear brake pads and discs changed and gave me a bill of 850$ and I thought everything would be fine after that but then on my way back home, the voice came back. I called them back and they were busy saying they would call back and no one called for 3 days and I called back again and they told me to bring it in again. I know for sure that they will give me another bill of 800$ saying the front brake pads or discs or the brake shoe needs to be changed.

My rear stow seat got stuck down so sent in to be fixed end of last year and two weeks ago did the same thing and stuck down again! Called numerous times, rang out, left voice messages when prompted. No call back.Rang reception for sales and they said would pass on message.Finally got through and told them stuck down again so if same wiring surely under warranty? Said manager would call me back. Ofcourse he called when I was in a meeting… but only after 2 days when I called to check if he had called., I’ve called back… stayed on hold for 15minutes, left a voicemail when prompted, three times now. Spoke to reception who have passed on emails to call me back again.I can’t use my car to pick up all the kids because the seat is stowed and it’s now been two weeks…. The phone at servicing always rings out and no one ever answers.At what point does someone answer the phone and call me back?They clearly don’t care about their customers unless big/sales jobs!Finding somewhere else to go, would rather pay it all again to someone else!

Lucky they got one star, as Google won't allow me to give them a 0.Parts department is a joke. Rude and lazy and give you trouble just to look up parts.Happened twice but they will no longer obtain my business.Avoid like the plague and find another dealer. It's worth the extra drive to ensure they don't get a dime until they learn some customer service.

The van I purchased has multiple issues that haven't been resolved as yet. There was an attempt to fix one issue that was poorly done so not fixed at all! They sold me a vehicle that leaks water and a broken rear window that doesn't shut so thieves can easily pinch it. They seem too busy and do rush jobs. After the service window jet spray didn't work - something small but important when on long trips with a buggy windscreen.
