I don't often write reviews, so when something stands out, I think it should be recognised and applauded. I'm very impressed with the service I received at the store on Sunday.The guys really looked after me in finding the right mattress at the right price and their humour and kindness was heart warming. They helped make sure my mattress was covered from the rain and safely secured on our ute. That kind of service makes you want to go back and...I've got my eye on a rug and couch, cos apparently I can get the couch made in the colour I want to match the rug. Thank you, guys. I'm impressed!

Just want to give a shout out to the team at the Lismore. Picking up the stock was made super easy. I was by myself and they helped me load as well as making sure the mattress was safely secured. Really helpful!

Went to every furniture place in Lismore looking for white melamine drawers. Could have saved a lot of time as the Fantastic website said they only had them in black - they had 5 in stock. Staff were helpful

Good service and reasonable selection of items. Overall average furniture but be careful of the poorly made budget items as they won't last. Some quality pieces are available but you will need to closely examine and compare to other outlets. Competitors offer many more styles and fabric colors all round. Usually have stock at hand but waiting times are better than competitors for orders. Still, not bad overall.

Absolutley hopeless go into the store and they have items displayed. Ask to purchase the item and then told oh no you have to purchase those separatley. So we purchase the entire item and then told oh the drawers wont be here until the end of the week. So okay please call when they arrive. No call so I call them and am told they will be at least 2 to 3 weeks and we would have been told that when we purchased the item. No we were not. We got a call 3 to 4 weeks later saying your item has arrived and you need to pick it up within the week. I explained that we had waited 3 to 4 weeks and I would pick them up when I was able. Just got another call saying you need to pick up the item as we have to clear the warehouse and again I explained I will pick them up when I am able as you have had my money the whole time. will be the last purchase
