Worst delivery experience. We moved into our new house, had notes to say leave the delivery on the front porch, and to call when they get there. Very conveniently, the truck did not give us a call and we “weren’t home” so drove off (we were moving from the next street). Now Amart say they can’t do anything about this, and there’s no way to complain. Customer service 101?Never ever ever shopping here again. Worst after sales experience.

Atrocious products and disgraceful service. Bought a cabinet which turned out to have the wrong panels and was missing several small parts like screw covers and washers AND the panels had several scratches on them. Called up the store to explain my issue only to get hung up on! Absolutely unacceptable behaviour from their staff. Wrote an official complaint email detailing the faults with my product and did not hear back from them. Complete waste of money and time. Worst shopping experience of my life. DO NOT buy anything from Amart Furniture. You will regret it. Stay away from this god awful store.

Extremely after sale service with Amart and the Rouse Hill store. I bought a bedroom suite with a king bed side tables and 5 drawer tall chest. The tall chest was broken from the backside. The veneer is chipping off and broken at multiple places. Raised the concern with the customer care. The funny and frustrating thing about the Amart customer care is I raised the concern via a phone call, they asked me to write an email and send pictures. Saying that they’ll response in 48 hours. No one responds for 3 days that’s when I called again and got similar response to send email with photos and someone will respond in 48 hours. Then again I had to call back. So you write email then call up to get a response and this keeps going on. It’s been 2.5 weeks today and I have written multiple emails and made so many phone calls. Last one was they offered me a discount of $250 to keep the broken furniture and I refused the offer. I was told to talk to Rouse Hill store, called them the guy Jacob I spoke to told me forward them email with pictures to the store manager Jacob, he will reply the next day. Which obviously didn’t happen so I had to call up again to talk and this store manager offered me a refund of $500-$600 and keep the broken furniture. I refused again as I don’t want broken furniture for sure. Now they have booked a pick up on 31st August and when I asked about the refund I was told that I have to walk in to the store to get my refund. When you buy they send you link to pay online but when they have to refund the customer has to go to the store to get their own money back. Extremely poor way of working, worst customer service and poor quality furniture. Never going back to Amart or recommend to anyone.

Horrible quality product and even worse customer service!!I purchased a 9 piece outdoor dining set in mid December. Every piece arrived with damage and 3 months later I’m no closer to a resolution with my warranty claim.The customer care team are an absolute nightmare to deal with.Honestly just save yourself the headache and spend your money elsewhere!

Helpful staff. Good range. Quality products good delivery service.The downside is that their products are over packaged, not recyclable and they don’t offer a pick up service for the huge amount of packaging. They need to do much better on the sustainability front.

Bought a lounge, the arm is made of plywood, it broke within 4 months, Amart are saying it’s not a warranty issue. Amart have zero customer service and sadly don’t understand consumer law. The product sold has to fit for business it was sold for, an arm made of plywood that breaks when you get up off a lounge is clearly not fit for what it’s made for. Amart staff just say well take it further….take it further is exactly what’s going to happen. Save yourself a lot of heartache and don’t buy from them.

Very attentive and friendly staff. So many selections of sofa and lounge sets. Didn't get to buy because delivery will take 15 weeks!

Item picked up with a defect. Notified Amart immediately. Apparently a sticker on the outside of table is not meant to be removed. When removed it caused damage to the veneer. Amart will not honor product guarantee.** update . After getting nowhere with their customer service line I contacted them through Facebook messenger. They have offered a store credit for the purchase price. At least I can buy a new table ****
