Disappointed to find my spinach and feta roll very burnt on the bottom which gave it a horrid taste. Apparently they were all like that upon inquiring. Why would you sell an item at full price or even at all knowing full well that it tastes gross. Never returning.

I don't normally put reviews online, but today was the last straw.Constant horrible service, even with a clear line of people and they will literally serve whomever pushes their way to the front.The staff cannot do basic math without a calculator and often times shortchange you. (Never ,ever, have i been given TOO MUCH change... coincidence?)The staff often appear to have not showered in days. No exceptions. Even the bakers and maintenence people i have seen have been filthy.There is a very strong language barrier and often times they cannot get your order right even after repeating it tenfold (I think i'm nitpicking now)The food is terrible.. Except for the bread. The bread on its own is good.Seriously. Im done with this store, I cant understand how it has managed to sustain itself for so long at the mall. The operators of this facility should consider moving into the future and provide the community with a clean and efficient alternative

They think this is ok for a sandwich. I took it back ... They offered me another one which was the same. They did refund me but put the sandwiches back on the shelf to be served to someone else. I had just taken it to my car, opened it with my hands.
