Kiehl's

I was in Gold Coast few days ago and went to kiehl's store to check my skin and get few products. It was a great experience and the best customer service i got from the staff(Shirely). Highly recommend and ask for her if you go to the store.

The ladies in here are wonderful and caring, they are very knowledgeable and offer free samples to try before buying which I am thankful for due to having very difficult skin.Thanks for all your help, especially Maria :)

After being a loyal Kiehl’s and l’Oreal customer for over 8 years I recently decided to make the transition to shopping on the Kiehl’s online store.The experience I had ensured that I will never be a customer again.After placing an order I received no confirmation, tracking or delivery details. My order was first held up for 5 business days (with no attempt to contact me) because one of the free samples they were planning to include was out of stock.I spoke to a kiehls ‘service’ employee on the phone 3 times. Sent 2 emails. And STILL did not receive any details.When I did speak to the customer service representative, it felt as though I was a bother to her and not like I had spent $130 on 2 face lotions, waiting an absurd amount of time for it to arrive to the Gold Coast from Melbourne.After 15 days of still hearing nothing and not having received my product I rang AGAIN and was told the order was awaiting collection at my local post office. No email to inform me of this.After sending a final email hoping to resolve my frustration with the company, I was offered a 15% discount code, only redeemable via the online store.For such a worldwide reputable company, I cannot understand how they can justify treating customers this way.They can keep the 15% discount I’ll pay full price elsewhere.

Absolutely delightful service from Tiffany! She knows the products really well and was very professional and friendly during the consultation. Definitely recommend.

got reccomended by a friend who gave me one of the sample packs given to him!! brilliant stuff! went into the store and was served by To Yen. as a man in the hospitality industry i was amazed by her nature and the belief she showed in the product she was selling! its retail but she really showed she cared about the product and how much i could get out of my skin care purchases! she even scanned my items in the order i should use them (ON MY RECEIPT) as a guide on how to get the most out of my products. amazing stuff from product to service! thank you To Yen you champion!

Beautifully presented store with great product, but unfortunately the pushy salesperson had me escaping as soon as I could. Shame, was looking to browse and perhaps purchase. Won’t return.

It's always a pleasure to go into Khiel's at Pac Fair. Great customer service, no pushing you to buy uneccessasry products. And of course the deluxe samples are great! And if you bring back full size bottles to be recycled you get deluxe sample(s).

Shirley is an Angel! With her recommendations I have completely transformed my skin, she is very knowledgeable and always knows what’s best!
