Kozii Swimwear

Very disappointing customer service after purchasing online. Sizes fit extremely small for girls swimwear. Was charged $10 more than the RRP on the label. I would not recommend this brand.

Very poor service at the warehouse shop. No assistance offered. The sales assistant merely sits in the back office.To make things even worse the 2 pairs of swimmers we bought at $150 are very disappointing. They fill up with water. In saying that, the previous tie back style were very comfortable but non chlorine resistant.Very disappointing.

Very disappointed in the customer service from this business. Ordered a pair of ladies bathers online for our daughter. They were delivered very promptly, however they were the in correct size. I tried to phone several times on Thursday 16th January and it either rang out or eventually went to message bank. I wanted to see how we went about changing these to the correct size. On the Friday I tried again and this time left message. No-one phoned me back so I called again late Friday afternoon. The girl I spoke to was extremely rude. Today (Saturday 18th January) we drove down to the shop to exchange bathers. Again the customer service was appalling. The girl who was present in the shop couldn't even say hello to us as we entered the shop. We helped ourselves to the correct size for our daughter to try on while the assistant sat out the back eating her toast for breakfast. Surely it wouldn't be too much for her to offer some friendly customer service. After all the bathers we purchased were $90!!

Found Kozzi @ the Noosa Triathlon and so pleased I did! They're flattering, fit perfectly, sit well in both pool and ocean swims and to top it off you can purchase the bottoms in different styles and sizes (yep, something for everyone :) They also have a very quick turnaround when ordering online. Very, very happy with Kozzi.

I love these swimmers! Fun and flattering designs and can endure surf, chlorine and sweat. In total I have purchased 5 Kozii's. My latest bikini gives me quite severe chafe. Just walking from the car to the sea (400m) causes me discomfort and redness. This is the only pair I have had this issue with, and it was the same design (different pattern) to previous purchases, so I'm not sure if manufacturing is different. I love my other pairs though!

my son and daughter enjoy Kozii swimwear - chlorine resistant range is great. They both do nippers and the Kozii challenges are there favourite..thanks for being a great australian brand supporting sporting events
