David at Playtonic was a fantastic assistance with helping us choose a board game. He gave us a lot of different recommendations, tailoring board games to our interests.The best part about the whole experience was the level of service. The Risk game we bought had mislabeled some of their pieces. David immediately sourced another copy and had it ready for us the next day.
