While being yelled at to hurry up by staff - it was 10 mins to closing and they really wanted to be gone early - get to the front to be told it's a members only bottle shop. Would be nice to have that yelled at me instead of hurry up. Poor form

Went to the bottle-o at Cazalys to get a 6 pack of Johnny Walker but they didn't have any in the fridge and a price of $47. I asked the member in charge of that was the right price he didn't know. Then I asked him if he could check out the back but they didn't have any. Then I asked if I could break a 10 pack and he said no. Very poor service and price.
