We had the pleasure of planning our new home with Xircon homes. From the start it was a smooth process with great customer service provide in every aspect of planning and selection. Most of the products that we normally wanted to upgrade after talking to other builders were part of the standard range. Unfortunately our loan did not get approved due to loss of my job but will highly recommend Xircon homes. We will definitely use their services for our next project.

I like the quality of material they have used. I would like to thank you to Maya Habibi who helped me through the building process and helped me when I needed the most. She has made the process so easy for me whenever I called her to make any changes. She provided me the great service. I liked few places in my house but the most place I like it is my Master bedroom upstairs which is very huge with his & her’s with seperate Toilet & Shower.

I have been doing investment properties with Xircon since 2019. My experience got better with time. I love using client portal. I have access to photos, videos, documents and construction schedule.My experience has been great from sales to maintenance.30-year structural and 12-month maintenance is a real peace of mind.

One of my friends recommended Xircon Homes as they were quite happy with their build. By profession I am an Architect who sees buildings from different angle. For me detailing, carftmenship and quality is very important which I can confidently say that I have received all in my house. The team from admin to site supervision was professional and friendly. Their Buildertrend computer program was one of the best experiences I had as I could see all updates such as payments, construction documents, building process photos and construction stages schedule all on one platform. Also I found their prices are competitive than the market and got flexibility to modify the floor plans as per your requirements. In the end I have to say that supervisor Abbas got high knowledge of construction industry and details which makes the house more practical and sturdier. By having all this experience, I have already started another house project in other suberb as well.

Xircon homes was excellent during the entire process. As a builder these days they were also had their share of challenges during the process and were able to complete the work with some delays. As a builder Xircon was honest when it faced some difficulties and thanks to Syed . Special mention to Abbas who was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating during the entire process. Buiilders like Xircon is very rare and I would strongly recommend them for your future build.

Single and Double Storey Experts.My Journey with Xircon Homes has been amazing. I have built a single storey investment home with them. They did a great job house finishing was exceptionally good, site supervisor was very switched on always kept me up to date. Loved using Buildertrend app for all construction updates. After our first hassle free experience we decided to give Xircon our double storey house in Greenvale. They continue to impress us with the finished product. My house get complimented by all visitor and it had a WOW factor. I was oversea but construction work did not get delayed. Another smooth project with team Xircon.I will recommend Xircon homes you will not be disappointed by the service and quality.

My build has been very well managed I have had constant communication through every step of the way. The build has been very quickly and I am extremely satisfied with the progress of the house. The communications are always professional and honest about the process. Building my first home with Xircon has been very easy and smooth sailing so far very pleased.
