Springbrook Cafe
Great Little Cafe with a large Variety of food. We ordered the home made pies and chilli sausage rolls. Lots for the kids to eat and the Lady that served us I believe to be the owner was so lovely and accommodating. Cute little pets around and a beautiful garden.

Great oasis to rest, refuel & recharge the weary body after hiking the trails. Great fresh food and an excellent selection at the bar, yes it's a bar too. Lovely friendly staff. Cheers

Seriously the worst Cafe experience! Where do I start?!....nothing was right about this place....understaffed, ( 1 woman taking orders)...unhygienic (1 woman in kitchen cooking without gloves).Buses came in and only 2 staff on and they put the bus orders first. We were a couple people back from the front of line and ordered 2 coffees to go and the buses with about 30 people came in after us and she continued to take all the orders and our 2 coffees were pushed to the back. Waited 40 minutes and asked when we would get our coffees, she said at least half hour longer! I asked for refund. That would've been a hour and 10 mins for 2 takeaway coffees!She seemed more concerned about getting the orders in and taking the money. This is not how a business should be run. An extra person on coffee machine is needed. I had been there once before , and the same scenario, but not as bad. This is why I know this is a regular occurrence. A lovely spot with beautiful gardens and trees, but the worst run Cafe I have ever been to.Update...in reply to your reply, yes I have to correct place. Last week we were there on Tuesday 11 April. You had a bus from rest home then not long after a big bus from a ballooning trip. These came in AFTER us and you put our takeout coffees at the end of the line.

Good food, just understaffed, so the wait time was a bit longer. The hamburger and carrot cake were so good. My partner enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant.

What an absolute bizarre experience we had here yesterday. My partner and I called in for brunch. Both females at the counter did not acknowledge us. It seemed like 10 minutes before they even looked at us to take our order. We got a bacon and egg roll each, it was the smallest, burnt bread roll I've ever seen, and my almond latte tasted like a packet mix.The windows were filthy and to top everything off, someone came into the Cafe with a dog, then the lady that was working out back with the food came and picked the dog up and walked away with it.So unhygienic, and weird vibes,, like something had gone on before we got there?Seriously, this business needs to lift its game on EVERY level...If I could rate no stars I would... NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely delicious burger, had a hard time getting my mouth around, and friends had to revert to a knife and fork out was so large. Staff very friendly

Lovely spot, outside, inside and veranda tables. Staff friendly. Unfortunately judging food not so good, chicken & mushroom pie pastry not cooked. Vege spring roll i was warned cooked from frozen, no problem but came out warm outside and cold inside. Liscened cafe, wine was nice.

We came here for coffee, was very reasonable and tasted great, good little garden outside and really cool bar inside the owner ( I think she was) was really nice and lovely had a great chat they also have a little grocery store too !
