I was refused my medication today. I suffer ever several years with acute Asthma. This is that several year. Very unprofessional. My doctor would not prescribe my medication if I didn't need it. They have lost a loyal customer of over 12 years today.

Only go there if it’s absolutely necessary. Staff are so rude and would rather chat than serve the customers who are lining up which leads to longer wait times. The Pharmacist is lovely though and very knowledgeable. Just wish he would pass this onto the other staff.

Absolutely terrible service made it extremely hard to buy a puffer over the counter… Disappointing they are the only place open later in the area. We won’t go here again unless I HAVE to….

I have really bad social anxiety and sensory issues. They are incredibly patient with me and very kind. Its lovely to go to a place that knows me by name and takes the time to help me find the things I need when I am alone and overwhelmed. Very lovely people.

The weekend manager Yvonne is in the wrong Line of work she refuses to help people me to be exact my regular medication that I need every day even after explaining I have heart attack issues and not giving me some of my medication neualactil to sleep can cause more heart attacks she's still refuses to help me and it happens every time I have a problem with my scripts on the weekend I rang again spoke to someone else and got my meds which I never have this problem with the week days manager I believe Yvonne should get sacked for poor customer relations
