If you google Fredrick Street south American food , google will send you to this shop. I asked the owners if there is infact any other grocery shops on Fedrick street and they insisted they were the only one. I asked more than once to 2 different people. still they insisted they were the ONLY grocery shop on Fredrick Street. (I only had to walk out and take a couple of steps to realise you guys lied straight to my face), there are infact many (at least 4) other international grocery stores within 100m. I found it quite rude that they didn't mention the street is filled with shops and they made out as if they were the only one. I understand I wasn't purchasing from them but it isn't hard to not lie and give correct information. I also wouldn't be the first person sent to their store as this is the that shop comes up when you look for south American groceries in that area on Google. If you are looking for the right shop it's shop 18 Fedrick street, about 2 minutes walk down the road. If the employee and owner had just been truthful and sent me in the right direction I wouldn't have made this review but they are obviously unwilling to help people so if anyone if confused like I was, this is for you. There's also no way you could work on that street and not realise there's other shops. They also didn't say 'i don't know they said they are the only shop. Which was obviously a lie."

Best mince samosas I've ever eaten!And their roti bread is amazing too!!Everytime I'm in the area I swing by and buy a few dozen frozen samosas.My father introduced me to this shop when we were kids. He's South African and used to buy lots of familiar products from his childhood. 30-odd years later I take my kids there.The staff are the most lovely people. Same owners and same great products for decades.
