Relentlessly eager to manipulate and hassle you to push you into doing business even when you make it clear you arent interested. $$ motivation is pretty clear. Cronies would be a more apt name. Stay away.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Coronis during the process of breaking our lease. Although I informed them of my intention to vacate three months in advance and was promised a smooth transition, I found the process to be frustrating. I had to communicate with over three different agents and it took several weeks to receive a response to my emails or calls. I was only able to get the necessary assistance after reporting the issue to the RTA. 0 stars.

The service I received from Kate Green and Coronis team was excellent. They are friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of finding a rental property and providing support for existing tenants. I am pleased to recommend the whole team as extremely professional and look forward to adding more happiness to buying and renting properties in local communities in the near future.

Honest opinion: Report from my friend who was a tenant in Brisbane northern suburbs under Coronis Inner North recently. Coronis agents attempted to persuade them to allow unauthorised removal of bond without consent prior to a scheduled inspection. The tenant declined but Coronis would not cease until the RTA finally needed to step in to stop this from occurring. Would not provide a rental reference or even return multiple phone calls when requested by the tenant, essentially blocking the tenant from proceeding with other rental applications. Tenant reported about exposed wires next to water tank in property after Electrician noted was unsafe. No action was taken for several months. Very very poor customer service towards this tenant. Would not be recommended. My friend was shocked and appalled by their apparent lack of respect or common decency towards them in their dealings.

Rebecca and the team at Coronis inner north have been nothing but perfect. They made my experience as a first time solo renter easy and hassle free. I’m now happier in my new unit than I’ve ever been. The move in was so smooth and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!!

Definitely a lot of fake five star reviews here! Coronis are the epitome of the dodgy real estate stereotype: will avoid your calls, fail to action minor maintenance requests and slap you with a 30% rent increase because “market”. Great stuff guys I’m sure landlords love the disregard you have for basic tenant rights.

We had a rental property under management with this team, in particular Venessa Oblein. The approach was very laissez fair and often the tenant reported errors in rent payment management and non-attendance to inspections with little to no notice. The overall experience was one where we felt very much like an afterthought and the property was not being managed.

Having contacted numerous agents (most of whom were just outright lazy), I was lucky enough to stumble upon one of Rob Lloyd's open homes. And, I bought from him!! Rob is - hands down - the most honest and trustworthy agent I've ever come across! Very professional with exemplary communication skills. I highly recommend Rob and will certainly contact him again for my next purchase (or sale).

We rented a property through Coronis and it was a nightmare. Our property manager was Maria Bucolo and she committed numerous breaches of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act. She was extremely unprofessional and unethical, and her behaviour towards tenants is horrific. She has been reported to various agencies (Fair Trading Qld, RTA) and there is a well known news organisation currently doing an investigation into Maria's behaviour, as well as Coronis unethical practices.

Property was just handed over to this agency in the last fortnight, we renewed the lease for an increase of $50 p/w, starting from JulyTania so far has been one of the most abrasive property managers, calling to chase up rent arrears (that she cannot explain and I have asked for her to circle the discrepancy on the ledger)I explained to her that our last email from the previous agency noted NO rental arrears, just our water bill. When Coronis contacts, they lump your utilities into therent" column despite the fact that there is an "invoices" section.Apparently now we are also accruing rent arrears
