Leisure Pools Toowoomba, Ipswich and Lockyer Valley

Extremely poor communication with us and between their trades completing the job from start to finish.We were originally told the pool could be completed in 3 months…..from start to handover the job took over 10 months!!! This held up other trades trying to complete other areas such as decking and garden beds. Completing our pool clearly was not a priority where I’m sure they would have done others within this time. We would have gone through a different company in that time, especially for the price charged, not worth it.Tiling around our pool was terrible, not level and trying to get them to fix this was a very long drawn out process. Speaking with the tilers and leisure pools manager they were very rude when trying to resolve this as well.Would NOT build through this company again or recommend them to family or friends.

The pool itself is great. The company, horrible. First day of installation I went to take my blinds down off the patio so the bobcat could fit under, the guy digging the hole said he would take them off. He did not and now they are covered in grease. He said he would put protection down on my newly concreted patio, he did not. They roughed it up and took gouges out of it. They crumbled my driveway. Left the place in such a mess after 'completion' that I refused to pay the next instalment until it was fixed. Plenty of other things. Project manager NEVER answered his phone. Not once. I emailed my concerns to the owner and she dismissed all of it. No apologies or offers to fix anything. Pretty much said it was my responsibility. I'm sorry but when you are paying $50k cash to a company, you'd expect a smidge of good customer service. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Shouldn't be in the business.

This business installed our pool, fence and completed all associated processes needed. They were the BEST!. We used a new solar automated pool cover system which they had never used before and they held our hand" as we navigated the day to day workings of it. Our pool is very low maintenance and all our systems are quality and reliable. These guys are the best to deal with. Phenomenal service at every step of the process."

We built a pool with Leisure in Mt. Lofty 8 years ago, the experience was great. Easy and relaxed process and a fantastic swimming pool as a result that our family enjoyed every day...We just finished our second pool with Leisure in our new home and again the experience and result have been top class.We consider ourselves very demanding with standards...Jim has been on every detail, he’s highly experienced, he clearly cares about his clients and is proud about his job.We would use Leisure again and we recommend them every time.Paola and Gus

Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. Not a great experience.

Edit: I've had a reply from the business and that reminds me - no accountability!!!! My poor mum had to pay the last amount otherwise the pool wouldn't be certified, no discount or offer to redo tiling. They'll just continue going around and ripping people off.If a zero was possible, that's a better reflection of this Businesses customer service and level of professionalism. My mum had a pool installed and it was meant to be done by April last year, however it wasn't finished until late October! The tiling was so revolting that what should be a lovely pool, looks like it wasn't done by a professional tiler. The tiler refused to use spacers for a start... The owner, Jim, is incredibly rude and not interested in his customer rapport. $60k for a pool that took forever and is not finished to any sort of desirable standard. So sad. Please go elsewhere!!

If i.have a problem he always helps me, very pleased with the job and service a very friendly team.

Easy to deal with, nothing was to much trouble. Happy with end result. 18 months later still no problems.
