Stay away, terrible service and very unprofessional. Many more providers available locally with better range of products and service.From your reply it is clear you have no idea of your customers and that speaks for itself!!!! i have purchased from you many times and encountered the same rude manner without resolution.You need to be accountable for your actions and it is my right to warn innocent people on your rude behaviour. I take no pleasure from this however it has to be done and people must know. I have no desire to go back and forth with you about this. It is final.

I had a brilliant experience ordering with Mexico City Foods. The products are really nice quality and the customer service was great.I had one wrong item in my order meaning I didn't get one of the items I had ordered. I emailed them straight away after getting my package and they called me shortly after and resolved the issue promptly. I had my missing item the next day! Highly recommend

$9.50 for a packet of inedibly stale corn chips. Bin.

Ok so there was some miscommunication after I placed an order and just didn’t know if it was processed or not and yes they were gonna help me with some after hours pick up but once again the miscommunication started cause they just won’t pick up the phone during business hours. (And they don’t have too according to Pedr the owner) Anyhow I gave my feedback about it and how frustrating it was that I could not confirm if the order was processed or not ... and I thought the business was closed though got an email saying it was actioned etc. So that was it just some miscommunication happened there and I had to cancel the order to my surprise that gave the owner some sort of entitlement to mistreat me, he called me on my mobile and went off , said that I complained like a “little girl” two times and that I won’t tell him how to run his business that he doesn’t have to pick up the phone and that I am not a customer and bragged how his customers order thousands of dollars basically he doesn’t care about the small individual customers right... anyhow I can not believe the rudeness of this guy ... so that’s my honest review ... if you’d like to be mistreated by the owner don’t hesitate to deal with Mexico City foods. An absolute joke!!!

The chill lime corn chips were uneatable due to the incredibly high amount of salt on them, at $8 a bag you should be able to eat them. Seriously why? They want in the bin.

These guys are awesome. Brilliant product range and great price. We met with one of the owners and his knowledge was outstanding, he also gave me a load of recipes. Will always be going back their for authentic Mexican products.

Super friendly staff! I'm quite impressed by the quality of the tortillas! Also lots of condiments and chili types I never thought I could find in Australia.

Best tortillas in Sydney! Small business friendly.I’ve used Mexico City foods for a couple of smalls business ventures in the past and the quality of their tortillas is impressive.The service has always been great and the team is always very accomodating when it comes to delivery, even when my order was not big enough when compared to other businesses. Their dried bulk chilli selection is great and very fresh.100% recommended.
