We hired all our wedding items via MASE including having their support on the day as ‘on the day coordinators’. They were great in the lead up to the day as we had to alter plans due to wet weather (and on the day we changed our ceremony location 15 mins before starting because of the rain!). They were great troubleshooters and on the spot organisers for everything. There is an excellent range to select from and they style it so beautifully too!

Jade made the wedding planning a breeze and ran smoothly. They went through acomprehensive checklist that included all the little details so nothing was missed.

We had our wedding at Kuitpo Hall and used all MASE furniture and had an on the day coordinator through MASE. They were fantastic! Jade is so easy going, easy to talk to and communicate with and was so enthusiastic about all of our ideas. Our wedding set up was absolutely beautiful and exactly how we pictured it. Thank you to Jade and her team for creating our perfect wedding day, you guys are amazing!

Hired Kuitpo Hall for my wedding reception and chose MASE Agency to hire décor and furniture, for convenience (Owned by the same people). Simple enough to book in and secure a deposit over a year ago. I found that a week before my wedding, in October, that we needed to make wet weather changes.It took the whole week to establish a new invoice with the correct items after contacting the business daily, whilst receiving incorrect invoices, and they were unresponsive to emails and phone calls. When one particular phone call occurred, it seemed as though the woman was trying to convince me that I was the one not reading my emails and I felt like she was gaslighting me. Because of this, with every written communication, I made sure I Cc'd in my now husband and my event coordinator. Invoice was only finalised two days prior to the wedding which was not what any bride should be worrying about in the week-of. We'd thought as our event was occurring on the coming weekend that our communications would become priority, but that simply wasn't the case.Furthermore, I was sent a questionnaire only four days before the wedding to provide details of the set-up, which is what I thought would have been discussed and organised in the meeting we'd scheduled and attended the week prior - we were told to not fuss and submit plans online in the questionnaire. It was here on the online questionnaire that we found that we hadn't been told about the $1000 deposit required for the hall. I thankfully had organised a day-of event coordinator externally who was there to make sure everything we had organised and paid for was correct. Many items were either out of place, missed, or the wrong items were placed in the venue that we hadn't even paid for. It was a cold day so we had paid for gas heaters with what was supposed to be full gas tanks, these had run out of gas only and hour or so after the event started.My event coordinator tried numerous times on the day to communicate with the business regarding the issues, which were met with no answer.Emails and phone calls we made in the days after to ensure we received our bond money back. It was only after contacting the business in the second week following the wedding that they answered and returned our money.Had we known how difficult the business would have been to work with, we would have chosen elsewhere, or another hire company who was more reliable and prioritised their customer service.

Mase Events were crucial in helping our wedding day run smoothly at Kuitpo Hall, I highly recommend them.

We had to hire a couple of last minute props for our wedding. MASE Agency were very helpful in accommodating our request. There is a very large range of items available which is really handy. Would definitely recommend people check out MASE Agency's collection of items for their next event.

Communication is beyond lax which is annoying but also feels unavoidable if you’ve already booked Kuitpo Hall.DAY OF wedding they drop incorrect stuff. 20 less knives than ordered - has to use some from our Airbnbs just to finish setting the tables. Wrong centrepieces and table numbers - just used whatever seemed to be around rather than what we ordered for both of those. Refused to light the hall or offer alternative despite taking full payment and writing a quote for it in advance.When my partner called to ask what was happening re lighting and ask for the missing things he got told “well most people don’t ask for it lit inside” and that they didn’t have a ladder or time to do it. When we asked about alternative lighting options we were told they were all in the city warehouse so not possible. Zero offer of refund for money taken to do it too. Not good enough. Honestly so glad to be done dealing with them.
