Huge range and large well laid out shop.

Pleace is very good organised and looked after. You will definitely find here whatever you need, from kitchen stuff, picture frames to clothes, toys, books, home articles, and furniture.

I love shopping here, generally staff friendly however I recall on my first shop there I was unfamiliar with the coloured sticker price system and nicely enquired how much an item was as I could not locate a sign explaining what price the various different coloured stickers were etc. I searched the front of the store no signs at all but when I asked I was rudely told by the staff member to read the sign that was attached to the clothes section which is nowhere near the front of the store. I was put off by this staff member however others have been friendly and I have found some great bargains, I won't let one person having a bad day ruin my experience, working in customer service myself I know how to talk to customers with respect. Hopefully this volunteer reads this and can improve her communication skills in customer service.

Staff are rude, items are broken, stained, torn and dirty. Store is absolutely filthy and smells like a tip. overall I would give 0 stars but you need to give at least 1. There are much better places to shop for pre-loved goods. I will not shop there again ever and I would advise others to do the same.

Some of the pricing here makes you wonder who's getting the 'opportunity'.Big place full of loads of different things.

I got a great lot of clothing shoes and kids things and the staff were so pleasant and helpful GREAT PLACE WILL GO BACK SOON
