**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** THEY BROKE MY $5,000 and they did not give me any refund!! I was also charged $770 for my job and then I got send a receipt out for $440 !! total con artists!!

Jim. We used your services on Monday the 31 January 2022. Nothing by praise for the boys who handled the move. Duilherme & Davi were very professional in their work. Can recommend this company.

Yes we had the boys here on consecutive Saturdays in April to move our furniture out and then back in for the resanding of our timber floor. They were polite and efficient and very nice to deal with. I am writing this review just to warn people not to choose this company. In the past 7 years I have had move yearly for a range of reasons and I have a lot of experience with removalists. This is the worst company I have contracted.To start of with they get you to sign off on a disclaimer that they are not responsible for any scratches or damage to your furniture .... I understand why. A number of my pieces arrived damaged and chipped. On several occasions I saw them drag my furniture over the truck floor. For them, speed was more important than care.Secondly, they were rude and swore on the job. I have never experienced this before. Most removalists are polite and co-operative. When I warned one of the guys about a particular item being very heavy, he told me to mind my own business. Then they didn't want to pack my TV screens .... I have never heard removalists decline TV screens.I also found it very unprofessional that the men were complaining about their boss in front of us.Where there any positives ... yes. They were fast and cheap. For me though, that came a price. It was the worst house move I have ever experienced.

We moved a few weeks ago with Taylors and I can't believe how great they were. Moving has always been so stressful and this was the easiest move I ever had. The removalists were so helpful and we had so much fun - I never thought I would say 'fun' and 'moving' in the same context. Thanks guys. If I ever move again you will be the only ones I will use.

In 2011 I used Taylor Made Relocations and they were great! I couldn't recommend more highly, the Removalists where polite, friendly, helpful, and took great care with my Furniture.And you are supporting an Aussie Business :)Recently my sister had a very bad situation with dodgy Removalists who sent more than the ' quoted ' 2 men..some in bare feet, no logo's on any of their clothing and the Truck did not have their logo on it either, which made her feel a little unsure..she left her bag unattended in her kitchen for a short amount of time( toilet ), with 1,400 in cash in it, as she had literally just sold her car earlier that morning, and when she returned to Kitchen she heard one of the Removalists telling another Removalist to hurry up..sadly it was not until they had just left that she decided to check her bag, only to discover the money gone, they also broke her fridge and an antique chair! There is no proof from that they stole the money, so sadly there is nothing the police can do..but they were from another country, and who knows how many people they have done this to! Be careful, make sure the company is legit, and they have Logo's on their Truck, and not wearing bare feet, or more than the quoted number! I will ask her what Removalist she used and post it on here too.

These guys helped moved our unit on Tuesday and they were awesome! It was half the price I thought it would be - they were so quick and efficient and everything was no trouble for them. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family. Thanks!

NEVER AGAIN!The two backpackers that turned up to my friends place last Friday were absolutely shocking!! I hired Jim and he's company as it states they've been in business for the past 40 odd years, you would think they'd have some idea on how to operate a business. THINK AGAIN.They originally told me one time, then it was pushed back again and again. Once they finally arrived there were two backpackers with a tiny truck who did not speak ANY english at all. They then begin to charge me extra for our boxes being too heavy" how is this even possible? You are meant to be a removalist with trolleys
