Was quite busy when we arrived. I noticed part of our order was taken from the warmer but didn't come to our table instead it was taken as part of another order but later returned to the warmer and left for several minutes before being brought to our table. Chips although prepared fresh were not hot by the time they arrived at our table. This restaurant seems a little unorganised, many table left uncleared. Staff are however polite and friendly.

We came for coffee.. I asked for extra hot. The lady said she would remember to tell the barrista. When the coffees arrived I reconfirmed with the waitress that they were extra hot and she said yes... So either they were not made extra hot or they were left standing a while as they did actually take around 15 minutes to be delivered.Two stars unfortunately as 3 would be above average...Poor service... Average coffee

We need a coffee refuel after a walk and we really enjoyed! Place is really nice, we seated outside but feels very confy also inside. Customer service was good. Thank you so much!

This is the 3rd time i have been here and the drinks have come out after the food. And not just a little after. Last time we left with a refund it took so long we ate breakfast and waited but an hour for a choc shake was too long.This time my son and I had almost finished our breakfast when the Chai Latte - gotta be one of the easiest drinks to make - and Babycino - another easy one - finally arrived.Seriously! I go to a lot of Dome’s but this one has the slowest service in WA.

This place was so dirty it was disgusting. If I hadn't already ordered I would have walked out.I had to chase a waitress down to clean our table before we could eat (she was none too happy about it)She literally just flicked the old food onto the chairs and the floor. (Which was covered in food and rubbish)Don't waste your money here.

Ordered the lot burger, as I have done many times at other Dome restaurants around Western Australia. When the waitress came over with our plates, I could see the chips were stale and then I looked at my burger bun.. it looked like it felt… stale, hard and like foam when I tried to pull it apart. Told the waitress it was stale, she took it away and brought back my plate with a steaming bun on top, a fresher bun that looked as if it had been microwaved, but fine, it was soft and I was hungry. Then, I went to pick the bun up and found that the bottom half of the bun was from the original stale bun.The menu says the the buns are baked daily, I do believe that, just not served the day they are baked obviously. Needless to say, I did not eat the burger, nor could I be bothered to return the burger for a second time.My family and I will not be returning to that Dome ever again.

Dome Cafe, is one of our favourite destinations at Hillarys Boat Harbour. Good location, friendly service, extensive and varied menu at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Very shocking Service. As we arrived at around 3 30 there was hardly anybody there. 8 tables on outside and we could only use 1 because the other 7 were full of dirty dishes. The table we used we had to clean up also. So I go in and order coffee and cake. Cake comes in 2 minutes and the coffee we have to go and ask for. So husband goes in and asks for coffee, well it is on the way. Mind you there was maybe 8 people in the restaurant, so not busy. There were 3 young people behind the counter just having fun, but nobody was making coffee, so my husband told them what he thinks of there service. As the coffee finally arrives we been told it only took 8 minutes since ordering. I am not sure about that. They stars could be right, but even so not busy, having time to have fun and not making coffee is not so funny. And then some girl comes out to tell us we are not welcome there anymore because we told them to do there job. Well do not worry, because there is no danger of us or anybody we know coming back. And when I read the other comments it must go on all the time. So either you need a new manager or new staff. And about those stars, why do we have to give you stars, you do not deserve even 1/2 a star.

Food was goodTook awhile to come out, although it was very busy.Inside and outside seating.Outside has a nice view of the ocean
