Our company recently organised the HBDI assessment lead by Alex Wickert.The assessment itself was really eye opening as it shows you how you work normally as well as under pressure.I was able to understand how my thinking patterns change when i began getting stressed. After a small chat with Alex and going over my results he helped me understand how working under pressure doesn't always mean that my productivity reduced but rather that my method of completing the task changed.Another great benefit of the program is that I was able to compare my results with my team members and understand why I worked more effectively with team members who had a similar thought process to mine.Alex did a great job at organising and running the activity as he spoke loudly and clearly so we could all understand him. Alex encouraged questions and conversations between the team which made the experience really enjoyable.I also noticed that Alex took the time to help or explain any questions we had as well as helping people interpret their results individually.Overall I really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to run another HBDI assessment in the future to see how my thinking changes with more experience.
