Wendy represented me recently in a family law matter. Looked for a place to get my Will done. Found Rigoli, seemed to have decent reviews and close to home.Spent 25 minutes filling out their online info - figured this is good, will be efficient when I go in to get it done.Nealy two weeks and two attempted phone calls to follow up and still haven't heard backRe: your reply: thank you for acknowledging this. I can understand staffing miscommunication, however as a web based electronic system (which I thought was great) ... I would think this shouldn't (likely couldn't )be missed, especially given it created an account for me. Also.. time was taken to read and respond to this review after all...

I was 2 months into a consulting contract and very confused. As the other party wasn’t delivering exactly what they promised could I pull out? Should I pull out? Could it turn into an expensive legal war?I decided it was worth getting a professional opinion so I contacted Rigoli Lawyers and spoke to Maria. I had wasted days trying to work out the best of my options, while it took Maria less than an hour to come up with a strategy, starting with a list of key questions. I asked the other party the questions and within 10 mins we both agreed to cancel the contract. So glad to be rid of the stress and not wasting more money. Thanks heaps Maria.

Years back I went to Rigoli lawyers for my separation split and all the team were wonderful. Today I needed some advice on the same separation information and they were only to happy to help after all this time. Slow in response and need constant follow up. Purcell and Purcell are faster use them

Hired them for family matter and first court date,As soon as i deposited full fees, suddenly became next to impossible to get hold of the lawyer, haven't had one chance to discuss the matter, everytime i called to discuss, they would ask me to send them an email, and than 2 days before court date i was told my solicitor is not available and they will hire someone externally, and they will brief the new person. On court date i get a phone call 30 min before hearing time, to discuss entire matter, and as expected in front of magistrate he had no clue what exactly the matter was, i was left to fend for myself. Also no courtesy even after the court date to give me a follow up call to discuss outcome and future options. I just gave up on these guys after two weeks. $1850 down the drain. I do not expect anything for free, have hired new lawyer with fee, All i expect is a slight return on the fees i paid, what was pathetic was nobody contacted me after the court date, and when i called multiple times i was told to send email
