Multiplex Glass and Glazing
Made an appointment to get the glass in a sliding door replaced. They did not turn up, did not contact me, I had to contact them. Made another booking for two days later, once again did not turn up. I called and was told they would call me back, which they did not. I called again and was told they were on the way to mine. They did not show up or respond to any of my phone calls or text messages after that.Very unprofessional, Made me waste two days sitting at home waiting for them.

Highly recommend Bill and his team they attended my shop within 30 minutes from calling them, secured the premises overnight and replaced our glass the next morning. They were really prompt and efficient. Thank you so much.

Extremely poor punctuality. Scheduled appointment 3 times and cancelled without any notice.I have to arrange someone to be at place for appointment but never turned up

Can’t thank Bill enough for being so accommodating and attending our emergency early hours of the morning! He secured our window overnight and fixed it first thing the next day... best customer service and so professional. Now have his number on speed dial, in case of another emergency
