So I patiently waited in line at the drive through nambour 8.30 this morning. Understandably very busy. I finally had my chance to place a order at the right speaker where no one served me. I sat and watched 3-4 cars on the left speaker get served and drive through. So rather than sit there all day I drove to the first window explained the situation to be told she can not take my order at the window and I need to drive around through drive through again! Seriously !!!

Staff are unattentive. It is unclear where orders are placed, no counter orders apparently but staff will ler you stand at counter indefinately, so speak up or you will be ignored. Turn around on orders is equally unimpressive

Interesting service here today guys.So was made to wait in the drive through at the menu board for 5 or so minutes, nothing major until I went to order.Have never had an issue ordering a big mac meal or chicken meal or anything basic after 4am (permanent night shift worker). But apparently the young man had an issue with this and explained I could only order off the breakfast menu even though all the other meals were advertised on the drive through menu.Then asked for a frappe and was denied that as well due to the machine being cleaned, okay.So order a different drink a ice coffee with cream, but he also managed to fail with this as well.Pretty sure old mate didn't want to be there, maybe he was having a bad night, I don't know.But I am there paying for a service that I expect to receive yet this is not the only time this same guy has done this.Perhaps place him on a different shift?His customer skills are lacking.Cheers

Terrible service, terrible food.My burger had the oldest driest patties, and they didn't even put sauce on it! (You can see they thought about it though)

I will never be returning after what happened today.I ordered a salad with nothing but lettuce and pickles (including no cutlery).Who would have thought that they completely ignored my request and gave me cutlery. I will still give them two stars due to the delicious fresh tasting salad.

Coffee OK ( hence 2 stars ). No cups though for coffee, all servedin single use takeaway cups ( even when you sit down ) - not very environmentally friendly. No toilets available for customers buying food/drink and 8 self-service computers with only 1 register that they do not encourage use of. Pretty ordinary store in my opinion.

Ordered aoli wrap with added Parmesan and no tomato.Tomato still in wrap with no parmesan.Also ordered yoghurt instead of chips in happy meal got chips instead.No point in adding extra things because they don’t read it.

Staff inability to get orders correct, then made to wait ridiculous amount of time, whilst other orders (which are the same) were made and given to customers, staff trying to make a point, spoke to manager who blatantly lied to cover staff. I’m sure the owner, Greg Biggs would like to know what’s happening when he’s not there…

Asked for a big mac meal no pickles. We got this rubbish. Had to turn the cab around and get another burger. The girl in charge, obviously not the manager judging by her inability to solve the issue refused to give a refund. Rubbish service. Rubbish staff. Rubbish venue. Do not order your food from here

Witnessed a customer became irate about his order. He began to berate the staff and demand that his food be given to him immediately. Despite his disrespectful behaviour, the manager Imogen remained calm and composed, never raising her voice, or losing her cool. Throughout the entire interaction, Imogen displayed exceptional customer service skills. She handled the situation with grace and professionalism,
