Andy did a great job today fitting our front door with new lock. Our house was broken into yesterday and he was here within couple of hours making our home safe and giving me peace of mind.

I recently hired a locksmith from this place and would like to share my experience with others who are looking for an auto locksmith.First of all, there has been a recent change of ownership so it is no longer owned by Andy but by another gentleman.3 weeks ago I lost my car keys and they sent a tech, who didn't cut my key properly. The key that was cut turned on the ignition, but it didn't fit the door. The ignition was also stuck and didn't bounce back, I had to manually turn it back.I called another locksmith company and they came and cut a new key which fit both the ignition and the car door. It had a different key code to the one that was cut by the other tech, which indicated the other tech's work was faulty.I called up this place again and there was a new person named Michael who agreed that the original locksmith who cut my key didn't cut the key properly. I felt he sincerely wanted to help me and wanted to offer me good customer service.Michael called up the new owner and then sent me a partial refund (about 28% of what I had paid to the other tech). Michael seemed friendly and more professional than the previous people I had dealt with in the company. Because of that I have given this review 3 stars instead of 1 star.

Andy changed/ fixed all locks we requested in the office. Everyone is super satisfied with the service. Our company will keep his number for the near future!

Andy Locksmith has come to mine and my family's rescue a number of times, recently was when porch door stuck on the morning of my sister's wedding, window wouldn't close, front door wouldn't open. Proud to have recommended him to numerous people over the years and will continue to do so.
