Not even trying to compete with Woolworths, bare shelves, hardly any fresh produce, big box of egg cartons balanced precariously mid aisle, staff unaware of produce delivery days. Not a productive trip for me....

The staff here are always so friendly. I had an issue with a product once and they refunded me without dramas. I just wish they had a few more Vegan options. If they did, we'd do all our shopping there.

Having been doing small shops here when visiting 2 families who live on whiltshire Drive. Ashame to say this IGA is in for a rude awakening when Woolworths Opens. You would think they would fix the huge pot hole in thier carpark rather than just not care about thier customers damaging thier alloys and ferrings dropping into it. So many Residents in gordavale looking forward to making the switch too Woolies.The owner obviously has long pockets not to fix the pot hole in 12 months. He should be bringing that store miles ahead in standards whilst he can. But I guarantee Once the experts in food open he will be out of Business. Such a shame ..the staff are friendly and they will no doubt be out of a job when they lose 50 - 60% of thier business. And the small guys complain about the big guys. Lift your game. !!! Suggest the owner read the book Who stole my cheese...before its too late. Always remember a complaining customer does so because the want to fix the problem and still be a customer. !!!! THE PLACE LOOKS LIKE A BAG LADY.

I've bought pre-packaged rotting fruit n veges. Same problem with the meat n chicken. Had to get refunds a few times. Need to do better, seeing as it's the only shop in town. 2 stars for service.

Good convience shop, prices compatible to there larger competitors. Disappointed that they were allowing people into the shop without masks.It clearly stated outside and at the register Masks Mandatory"."

Gordonvale Supa IGA is not a large store but all of the essential items are stocked. Hot take-away food and an extensive range of refreshments are always available too.

Great local supermarket, friendly and helpful staff.

Simple and friendly, hard working grateful staff. I’ve never come across a worker without a smile. Pretty good selection of all groceries and clean and tidy covid safe space. Thank you! Join the rewards program if you can.
